Biofuels field day set for Oct. 2
(Radio News 08/23/12) The LSU AgCenter’s research on energy cane and sweet sorghum will be on display at a biofuels field day Oct. 2 at the U.S. Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Research Station Sugarcane Research Farm near Houma. Louisiana has outstanding corn harvest
(Radio News 08/10/12) Louisiana corn growers couldn’t ask for a much better year. Weather conditions have been ideal for growing corn with timely rains and temperatures that haven’t been too high. West Nile cases up; entomologist offers protection advice
