Sugarcane harvest is winding down

Louisiana's sugarcane harvest is winding down. Only two mills were still processing cane at the start of the year. LSU AgCenter sugarcane specialist Kenneth Gravois said despite poor growing conditions, farmer had a surprisingly good harvest.
