The LSU AgCenter Jackson Parish field day will be held on July 21 at the Fannin Farm Store in Jonesboro. Registration will be from 8:30-9 a.m., with the program beginning at 9 a.m.
The program will feature LSU AgCenter specialists presenting information on horticulture and animal production, including:
– Container Gardening
– Ornamentals/Plant Diseases
– Cool Season Vegetables
– Lawn Care
– Soils
– Weeds
– Pasture
– Beef Cattle
The program will end with lunch. Those planning to attend should RSVP by Wednesday, July 18 by calling 318-259-5690. The Fannin Farm Store is located at 735 Highway 4.
