Description: (Radio News 7/26/10) Twenty-four 4-H’ers from across Louisiana participated in the Next 4-H Food Star program. The program will take them to the Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans. The youth took part in a two-day program on LSU’s campus that involved learning about seafood and cooking seafood dishes.
